The G15 is made up of 11 of London’s largest not-for-profit housing associations. Collective leadership is provided by the Chief Executives of each member organisation.
As an informal collective, we work collaboratively, sharing insight, aligning priorities, and developing best practice amongst members.
The Chair of G15 rotates every two years and is drawn from the Chief Executives of our members. The G15 is currently chaired by Ian McDermott, Chief Executive of Peabody. The vice-chair of G15 is Clare Miller, Chief Executive of Clarion.

Who we are
About us
The G15 is the collective voice of London’s largest housing associations. We’re 11 independent, charitable organisations, providing social and affordable homes for around one in 10 Londoners.
G15 brings together the chief executives of London’s largest housing associations. But behind that leadership are colleagues working together throughout our organisations.
The G15 Residents’ Group (G15RG) consists of two resident board members from each of our member organisations, representing the resident perspective across G15.
Colleague Talent – Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Great homes and strong communities are delivered by people with talent, passion, and lived experience. Our members are proud to work towards being employers of choice in the social housing sector.
London faces unique housing challenges: rising homelessness, growing waiting lists, pressures on temporary accommodation, and a shortage of genuinely affordable homes. The G15 is already delivering at scale.
