- Our members run large-scale asset management and planned works programmes to improve the quality of residents’ homes, replacing kitchens and bathrooms, renewing windows and roofs, and maintaining critical equipment like lifts and communal doors.
- Collectively, G15 members invest around £1 billion each year looking after residents’ homes, alongside delivering over 1.3 million repairs, 440,000 critical safety compliance checks, and 100,000 emergency repairs each year.
- Resident safety and wellbeing is our absolute priority. Alongside ongoing compliance activity, G15 members have earmarked at least £3.6bn for building safety investment (including fire safety and prevention) from 2021 to 2036.
- We are also clear that policy and funding decisions must not inadvertently reduce the capacity to maintain homes or build the genuinely affordable homes London needs.
