Our mission

We use our experience to help shape policy, highlight what is working, and challenge what is not. We bring evidence, delivery insight and local knowledge, so that decisions about housing and communities properly reflect the city’s needs.

We’re social landlords, and our priority as individual organisations will always be investing in residents’ homes and communities. We’re ambitious to deliver much-needed new homes too, working closely with government, the Mayor of London, boroughs and the private sector.

To succeed and get social homes built, London needs long-term funding, realistic regulation, and a shared commitment to build and maintain the homes people rely on. We exist to make the case for social housing in London and represent the interests of the diverse communities who make this city work.

We do this by working with the organisations responsible for shaping London’s future, from local government and the London Mayor to regulators, funders and national policymakers.

Our work is practical, evidence-led and focused on delivery.
