Across the country, G15 members own or manage more than 880,000 homes. We’re not-for-profit organisations, which means all our income is reinvested into residents’ homes and services.
We’re social landlords and long-term stewards, supporting residents and communities across the capital. We work in partnership to deliver, from local neighbourhood projects to large-scale regeneration and development projects. We work alongside communities, councils, government and developers to do more together.
In recent years, G15 members have funded and delivered more than 32,000 new social and affordable homes in London in partnership with the Mayor of London, with a further 10,000 homes in the pipeline for 2025-26.
London is a global city and an amazing place to live and work. But it’s also a city facing major challenges driven by acute housing need.
Social housing has always been part of London’s story, and it must be central to its future.
We’re here to play our part.
