On Thursday 25 May, the winners of the G15 Ethnicity
in Housing Awards 2023 were revealed.

The G15, in collaboration with UNIFY, organised the second edition of the
awards to recognise and celebrate the contribution and achievements of ethnic
minority colleagues in the housing sector.

Colleagues from across the G15 were invited to make
nominations for a range of awards that recognise the immense contribution of
ethnic minority colleagues.

Now you can meet the winners!

Ethnicity
Ally Award

Winner: Sarah Willis (MTVH)

Runner-up: Cris McGuinness
(Riverside)

The nomination statement for Sarah said that she has
a profound sense of commitment, passion and integrity to ensuring she uses her
voice to amplify the voice of colleagues and residents. She is unafraid of
having difficult conversation around race and how structural racism impacts and
unfairly disadvantages those from a diverse background.

Sarah has a passion for young people and championing
their voices within their organisation and communities.
